Gareth regularly plays his wild mix of jazz, funk, blues, soul, hip-hop, rock, Latin, dub, reggae, Afro, disco, house, techno, and boogie at venues and events around Perth. He has a particular penchant for cover versions and loves to play unusual remixes and interpretations of songs. Gareth has made a name for himself within the music industry as a writer and club/radio DJ, and has spent the past decade presenting a variety of music and talks shows on local radio station RTRFM.

 

As a writer Gareth has interviewed most of the dance scene's leading icons, and continues to interview and review for Drum Perth and music press across the country. Drum run his regular column about the jazz, funk, world, and beats scene in Perth. Gareth loves nothing more than to see the smiling faces of people on the dancefloor.
